The client’s PMO was facing considerable challenges sourcing sufficiently skilled project resources, this was reflected in long on-boarding times and difficulty forecasting/controlling spend on resources.

This was being caused in part by a disjointed supply of agency resources and a lack of right-priced specialist consultancy resources. Projects were also compromised by a lack of available workspace during headcount spikes i.e. during peak project periods.

The client engaged with us to provide Senior Program and Project Managers, Product and Technical Business Analysts from our bench, with us undertaking the task to maintain fully staffed teams, with a focus on experienced resources to facilitate and ensure the delivery of complex transformation, with pre-agreed and transparent pricing fixed by skill level, and the option of using dedicated secure facilities in our offices when needed (key card entry, secure network, supported facilities, 10 mins from Bank station).

We operate with a quarterly performance review, looking at the quality of the team’s work and reviewing milestones around performance and deliverables, with the objective of clearer communication and synchronization of goals with the business, and to improve delivery. Also, the review focuses on measuring adherence to SLAs around screening and on-boarding times.
